Hands-on methods like theater techniques and applied improvisation support you to bring in your individual strengths and tap your full potential. That’s why I focus on a playful approach to ensure that the training effect finds its way to everyday life: those who enjoy practicing keep what they have learned better in their minds and bodies – and can easily transfer the newly learned patterns of action and behaviour to their real-life situations.
