Facilitation
WHAT?
Facilitation is the moderating support of a group to enable meaningful exchange. As a facilitator, I initiate and accompany group processes, i.e. I navigate the process so that it keeps moving with and through each other. In doing so, I not only ensure a suitable methodological, spatial, and temporal structure but also that all participants are equally involved and able to participate.
Facilitation requires the willingness to work constructively even with a maximum of diverse perspectives and to welcome this abundance as a resource. That is why active participation and lively contact with and between all participants is particularly important to me in my role as a process facilitator. Only in this way is it possible to create transparency and successfully work on the jointly defined topics and goals.
HOW?
My IMPROVO COACHING momentum represents the core of my attitude as a process facilitator for participatory events: curious and neutral, open, and attentive, I see myself as a steersman who sets the dialogue in motion and holds the course. The captain remains the group itself, which develops and implements collaborative strategies with my support.
My passion is to accompany change processes with a focus on communication and leadership topics. I am happy to provide impulses and broaden perspectives in team development sessions, large group events, and workshops.
